1. General Overview
At Spirora, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of astrology and spiritual services which involve personalized analysis and time-bound consultations, our refund and cancellation policies are carefully defined to ensure fairness to both users and service providers.
2. Service Booking & Usage
• Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of personal details (birth details, contact info) while booking.
• No refund will be granted for services booked with incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Consultation Refunds
• Refund requests for live consultations (chat/call/video) must be raised within 24 hours of session completion.
• Spirora holds sole discretion to approve/decline refund requests after internal evaluation.
4. Missed or Incomplete Sessions
Refunds are not applicable if:
• The user is unreachable during the call/chat.
• The user has a poor internet connection.
• The astrologer has attempted connection but failed due to user’s non-response.
5. Report Services
• Once an astrologer begins preparing a personalized report (horoscope, kundli, remedies, etc.), cancellation or refund is not possible.
• Users must ensure all submitted information is accurate prior to ordering.
6. Product Orders (Energized Items, Gemstones, Pooja Kits)
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as items are often customized and energized.
• Replacement will be done only for damaged or incorrect deliveries, with proof provided within 2 days of delivery.
• A valid proof (photo/video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement
7. Subscription/Membership Cancellation
• Users may cancel subscription-based services; however, pro-rata refunds are not provided unless legally required.
• Spirora reserves the right to suspend or revoke subscriptions in case of misuse or breach of terms.
8. Fraudulent Use & Multiple Accounts
• Refunds will not be issued if multiple accounts are used by the same person to abuse first-time offers or exploit refund policies.
9. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
10. Non-Returnable Items
• Due to the spiritual and customized nature, the following are non-returnable:
– Energized products (e.g., gemstones, yantras, rudrakshas)
– Pooja kits once opened
– Items used or tampered with
11. Processing of Approved Refunds
• All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
